Bingham is very well connected. The new A46 makes is a breeze to get to from the M1 or other local towns and cities. Newark is just 12 minutes and London just 2 hours 15 minutes away. The express train from King’s Cross to Grantham is just 1 hour and a few minutes.

We love the Picture Cafe, it’s really a wonderful, warm and friendly place on the Market Square. Perfect for elevensies, kids, light lunch and Jazz or live music on most Fridays.

Chesterfield Bingham is a  great place to eat.

Great thing Number 5: Yeung Sing Cantonese Restaurant

The Yeung Sing Cantonese Restaurant in Bingham, ahhh, of course!
The Best Cantonese Restaurant in several counties, and the only one in the region with a Michelin Recommendation, is the Yeung Sing. It is on the ground floor of the hotel and has a bar with a 3am license.

Bingham is a market town, what market town would be complete without a local market. Every Thursday is Market Day in Bingham, every third Saturday is Bingham Farmers Market day.

Nottingham is just 15 minutes up the road on the A52. No distance at all, close enough for a day’s shopping, cinema’s, theatre etc and just far enough that you are deep in the country side.
